HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College is a private education institution that offers higher education and international education programmes in Hospitality Management, Business, Culinary Arts Management, as well as professional qualifications in Culinary Arts and Hospitality. The College's study programmes are accredited in the EU and the UK.

HOTEL SCHOOL is actively engaging in international cooperation, holding all accreditation types of the Erasmus+ programme: ECHE, VET, and ADULT. Vilniaus kolegija / Higher Education Institution (Lithuania)

Vilniaus kolegija / Higher Education Institution (VIKO) is the leading and one of the largest accredited public professional higher education institutions in Lithuania with more than 5000 students and 800 teaching and administrative staff members. It was established in 2000 by merging several advanced schools. High enrolment rates and top places in the rankings reflect the prestige of the institution. MITRA (Estonia)

Mittetulundusühing "Mitra" is a non-profit organisation founded in Estonia in 2012 by volunteers who have experience in European projects, including Erasmus+ and Nordplus projects. The main objective of "Mitra" is to develop and strengthen networks, to increase the capacity to act at the transnational level, to share and challenge creative ideas, practices and new methods. "Mitra" shares experiences and good practices in the field of education and creates innovative methods through training and various projects and pan-European cooperation.  

There are two members of the board, ten official members and more than 100 volunteers in ‘Mitra’ at the moment. Both board members have experience in projects’ implementation, management, communication and networking. "Mitra" members include professional educators, trainers, artists, journalists. The target groups include Estonians and representatives of various nationalities. "Mitra" offers lifelong learning to different people at different ages. Among the target groups are youth workers and young people aged 13+, adult learners as well as people in a disadvantaged situation - ethnic minorities, people with a low level of education and people without a profession. The goal is to motivate people to learn and be active and not socially excluded.

STEP BY STEP COUNCULTING (Iceland)

Step by Step  ‘Skref fyrir skref ehf’ / (Latin characteristics ‘Step by Step’), is a progressive career development company, founded in 1987, that specializes in international project work, entrepreneurship, management, informal employee training, methodology and sustainability. The company has been a leader in developing innovative and effective teaching and training methods in adult education, to promote strong and sustainable adult competence in an ever-changing environment. The main strength of Step by Step lies in years of experience and productive participation in diverse projects in Iceland and abroad, where our knowledge in training, equality, and social inclusion has been used to approach adults effectively. We have been involved in a variety of projects aimed at supporting adults, especially from minority groups, such as unemployed people of all ages, women, people with addiction problems, the disabled, the elderly and migrants. Our main goal has always been to facilitate the social integration of these groups and strengthen their position in the labour market. In addition, Step by Step worked on the design of projects and teaching in management, innovation, leadership training, project management, and the establishment and operation of companies.  Step by Step has been involved in numerous research, development and training projects globally, which have provided us with valuable experience and insight into the development and improvement of adult education methods. We focus on strengthening the skills of adults in all areas of life, to ensure their stability and working conditions for the future. The company has built a strong professional network and strong experience working with managers in small and medium-sized enterprises, where we have developed effective ways to meet the needs of individuals in an ever-changing market. Our international experience has also brought us valuable negotiation skills and cultural understanding, which has made us a strong and flexible partner in a wide range of projects. We have designed a variety of teaching methods and published several e-books in the field of adult education and entrepreneurship. In addition, we have designed many different training packages for different groups in the field of management and leadership, with a focus on offering interesting and different training programs for unskilled people. Our project experience extends far beyond Iceland, where we have in recent decades worked on international projects in adult education in many European countries. This international experience has provided us with a unique opportunity to explore the diversity of adult learning and understand what is common and what can be useful on a cross-cultural basis.

Com&Train, a small company based in Copenhagen and founded in 2019, is dedicated to empowering low-skilled adults by building digital bridges. Our mission is to provide comprehensive courses in digital literacy, helping individuals navigate the digital landscape with confidence.
